SocialGear uses artificial intelligence to help create training content before it is published. This document explains how AI is used, what safeguards are in place, and what we do not do.

AI-Generated Training Content

SocialGear’s scam-scenario quests, exercises, drills, and related artwork and copy are created with the help of artificial intelligence. This work happens offline, before publication. AI tools assist our content team in drafting scenarios, generating illustrative examples, and producing supporting copy.

No AI processes your input at request time. Nothing you type or submit while using SocialGear is sent to an AI service. The training content you encounter is pre-authored and published. It is not generated on the fly in response to what you do.

Human Review

All published training content passes human review for accuracy and tone before it is made available to users. Our team checks that scenarios reflect realistic fraud patterns, that language is clear and fair, and that the material meets our editorial standards.

AI assistance speeds up content creation; human judgment determines what gets published.

No Automated Decisions

SocialGear does not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about users.

Your progress through training (belt awards, drill completions, quest outcomes) is calculated by deterministic rule-based logic. The rules are fixed and applied consistently. No AI model evaluates your performance or influences decisions about you.

Future Features

If we introduce interactive AI features, for example a conversational practice partner or AI-powered feedback, we will update this disclosure before those features are made available. Look for a new version number and updated date at the top of this page.
